When Life Throws You a Curve Ball

I can’t believe that Christmas has come and gone. I hope you’re all having a blessed holiday season so far. I’ve been dreading making this post because I know so many of you are excited and waiting on these books.
Life has taken many unexpected turns in the last few months, including some more serious medical issues, which have and are causing many delays in my writing schedule. Due to this, Avenged and Freed will be delayed but rest assured they are my TOP priority in the new year.
Unfortunately, this will also affect pick up orders for RAWR of the Lost Soul SE omnibus, Avenged, and Freed. Anyone who has already preordered any of these will have the option to cancel their order or have their orders shipped free of charge when they are completed.

I wish this wasn’t the news I was sharing but I also want to make sure to give Eden the ending she—and all of you—deserve. I promise to make the wait worth it.

Much love and Happy Holidays,
~B

2023 … What to say about 2023 so far?

From the read of January’s Newsletter
2023 … What to say about 2023 so far?
It’s been heartbreaking, soul-crushing, and down right painful so far. It’s brought with it new challenges and so much change I just wasn’t prepared for. Because of this, plans I had made for this year have had to be tweaked, altered, or canceled.

What can we expect in 2023?

Releases still to come in 2023 include:
Dragonfly the Novella
A Night of Temptation and Lust
A Night of Flesh and Gluttony
Lost Soul Books 3 & 4
Ours to Keep Anthology debuting the first Lost Soul Series spin-off
Joker’s Wild Series Books 1 & 2

Amidst all the struggles this year has brought so far, I’m still very excited to see where it will take it me in the end!!!

May Your 2023 Be Filled With Many Blessings!!
         xoxo,             B.

How’s Your October Running?

Before we dive into this month’s newsletter, I want to take a moment and welcome all of our new subscribers. Rest assured this really is only a monthly newsletter, regardless of what you’ll read in the next section. In these once a month newsletters you’ll find information about what I’m working on, new preorders, book recommendations, and upcoming events. Sometimes, even a giveaway or two. 😉 Anyways, welcome to the list, now let’s dive into what I’ve got for your this month.

But you know what the end of this month brings…my second authorversary!!! I’m so excited because I have a week of FREE stuff, something new each day, coming your way to celebrate. I will apologize now for spamming your inbox starting the 23rd. Try not to hate me too much. Well, babes, I’m gonna leave it at that this time. Keep paging to see what’s coming next in the release schedule, upcoming Facebook events, and the next anthology I’m submitting in that’s already up for preorder.

Time to get back to the writing cave. Until next month, ~B

Exciting Things from May’s Newsletter

~I hope this past month has been kind~

For me this past month is has been full of tears, anger, and insanity. Can you relate? I’m sure at some point in time, you could. However, in the midst of all that I’ve been chipping away at Bound, getting her ready for release in just one month.

How. Freaking. Insane. Is. That!?!?

I honestly can’t believe we’re here already. It feels like it was only yesterday that I got the idea for this story (in reality it was over a year ago) and now here we are, book one is about to hit shelves and kindles.

On another note : I have a very special surprise that I hope you all will love as much as I do. Someone sent me something very inspiring, I loved it so much I want to put it in book three. She reached out to the creator who gracefully gave me permission. Later I checked out more of his work, which was overwhelming, soul-touching, and awe inspiring. So, I reached out this time to get permission to use more of their work. When you get your copy of Bound, be sure to check out the dedication page.

That’s all from me right now. Be sure to read all the way to end to catch the latest news from Cerby and Nix (Hint: there’s talk of giveaways)

Time to get back to the writing cave. Until next month, stay safe, stay healthy, and happy reading. ~ B.

BOUND in the Writing Cave

From April’s Newsletter

The subject line really does say it all.

Pack!! I’m soooo excited!!!

While I’ve been locked away in the writing cave working on Bound and Dragonfly, other amazing things have been in the works. Things I can’t fully spill yet but I can hint to. Things like bonus scenes, new stories, co-writes, and shared worlds.

Speaking of new stories … Did you catch the cover and blurb debut of Bound?? I can’t tell you how thrilling and twisted this one is. I honestly never thought it could be so much fun playing on the dark side. I should have suspected it’d be fun though … They do have cookies

What’s your favorite cookie? Mine has always been and will forever be a classic. Warm, fresh from the oven, chocolate chip.

Anywho, I totally got off topic there. Bound’s cover and blurb released last week on Thursday. If you haven’t seen them yet, check them out below.

Another fun piece of news for you : if you haven’t joined my readers group, you’re going to want to this week. While I’m locked in the writing cave all week, Niki Trento, my wonderful and very supportive, very gorgeous PA, will be giving free stuff away.

EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

Time to get back to the writing cave. Until next month, ~ B.

Who is B. Livingstone

I go by many names. Most around me just call me B, Mom, or Bish, depending on who’s yelling at me at the moment.
I am a US Northern Native turned Southern Bell, thanks to my husband.
I am a lover of books–RHs and MCs being my current favorites–coffee, hot chocolate, tea, Cheez-Its, movies, and most importantly my family.
I have been a part of the Indie Author world since October of 2020, when I published my book baby, Beautifully Shattered.  I now have four published works, one completed  series, and the first release in a new series coming on the 28th of September, and many others waiting in the wings. I am currently writing a couple of reverse harems in the paranormal world along with one contemporary RH romance, and my first ever co-write, which is a fairytale retelling series.
I have many others planned to continue entering other genres in the future.
